Bidders are advised to carefully read through the Conditions of Business prior to participating in the auction. We invite you to contact us should you have any questions or view our FAQ page for further details.

Please note the name or company you use to register under will be noted on your invoice if you are successful, and we can only receive payment from the exact same name or company. Please be aware that invoicing details cannot be altered once the lot is won.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Following a successful purchase at auction, bidders are advised that payment is due in full on or before 17:00 Friday, 27 February. 

All purchases under €5,000 will be automatically charged to the credit card provided at the point of registration. All purchases above €5,000 (combined total, if more than one lot purchased), payment must be issued via bank transfer. 

The successful bidder will receive a copy of their invoice via email with payment instructions on Thursday, 26 February.

ADDITIONAL FEES TO BE CONSIDERED

Buyer’s Premium
In addition to the final bid amount, a buyer’s premium of 20% is due on each lot purchased. Please note VAT is applicable on the buyer's premium at a rate of 20%, which is non-reclaimable. 

Taxes/Import Duties
Buyers are responsible for any applicable duty and/or local taxes on any lots purchased. International bidders are advised to inform themselves of potential import duties that would be due upon the arrival of the lot to its final destination. You are advised to speak with your local representatives in advance of the sale to understand what these costs may be.

LOT REMOVAL/SHIPPING

All lots are available for in-person collection from our secure storage facility in Salisbury, Wiltshire, via prior appointment and after we have received payment in full, on the following days only: 

Sunday, 1 March
Monday, 2 March
Tuesday, 3 March

We cannot facilitate any third-party courier collections (DHL, FedEx, etc.), however our logistics partner Pack & Send will be happy to provide a quote for shipping. 

From Wednesday, 4 March onwards in-person collection will no longer be available, and all lots must be shipped with our logistics partner Pack & Send, with whom buyers will need to contact directly. Onward shipping is at the expense of the successful bidder:
