This Ferrari 458 Speciale was specified with Rossa Corsa paintwork, offset by a contrasting Nero roof. The exterior further benefits from a carbon fibre front splitter and rear diffuser, wing-mounted Scuderia shields, colour-matching Rosso Corsa callipers for the carbon-ceramic brakes that sit behind 20-inch black wheels, and titanium exhaust pipe finishers.
Meanwhile, the two-tone red and black Alcantara interior features the Cavallino logo stitched into the headrests of the seats in red thread, a red tachometer, plus the carbon fibre Driver Zone with LED shift lights on the steering wheel. Notable equipment includes front and rear parking sensors, a rearview camera, cruise control, plus a front-axle lift system.
Delivered to its single registered owner in Germany, the 458 Speciale was road registered on 8 October 2015. Invoices, available on file and addressed to the company that has consigned the 458 Speciale to auction, record an April 2023 visit to Emil Frey Sportive of Munich. The car was treated to an engine oil and filter service, new ignition coils, and a replacement timing belt at a cost of €2,262. A return trip to the official Ferrari dealer in June 2024 was followed by another service in July 2025. For the latter, beyond routine servicing, the brake fluid was renewed along with the spark plugs and timing belt. The work totalled €3,296.
Introduced in 2013, the 458 Speciale marked the last hurrah for the atmospheric 4.5-litre V-8 engine in a closed-roof, Special Series Ferrari. This example, which displayed a mere 365 kilometres at the time of cataloguing, would make for a prestigious entry into any collection. It is accompanied by its owner’s guides in their folio, car cover, tool kit, and tyre inflator.
